Tuesday Workout

Sprints

Do each move for 40 seconds at maximum effort, resting for 20 seconds in between.  5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)

  • Warm up/ Cool down (ex. walking)

  • 40 second work, 20 seconds rest

  • Repeat for 20 min.

Examples, Sprint outside, up and down stairs, or in place with jumping jacks, burpees, or high knees.
