Sprints
Do each move for 40 seconds at maximum effort, resting for 20 seconds in between. 5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)
Warm up/ Cool down (ex. walking)
40 second work, 20 seconds rest
Repeat for 20 min.
Examples, Sprint outside, up and down stairs, or in place with jumping jacks, burpees, or high knees.
