About the Macros to Muscles Program

Our Philosophy:

I believe eating should be enjoyable! I don't believe in ever feeling guilty over eating foods.  I believe in treating ourselves, not cheating.  I understand life is surrounded around parties, fast food, pizza nights, and drinks on a beach or by a fire.  That is what I love about this program!  There is nothing off limits!  I believe in building a fitness program that are so enjoyable, you'll have no trouble sustaining them for weeks and years on end.

Simply put, I believe in giving you the tools to live happily and healthily ever after in your clothes, bathing suit, and selies.

Most people will start hitting the gym, usually starting with cardio.  The mindset is usually calories in and calories out.  I teach you how you can have limited cardio, and not count your calories obsessively!  I also can get you further in your goals!

A convenient 8 week program that fits your busy schedule. Grab a comprehensive program guide, with resources to help you thrive! This includes sample grocery list, a detailed program overview, and video training. We have a whole PREP WEEK, complete with training to set you up for success. You will receive weekly workout plans which can be completed at the gym or at home. Our tribe of women, and accountability is a supportive approach that keeps you on track to accomplish your goals This package option ($399 total) will give you real RESULTS that last! I also enjoy awarding a weekly $25 gift certificate, and an end of the round prize of an apple watch to one lucky winner (voted on by the M2M tribe).

Hi, I’m April Meracle. I am a former medical device consultant in womens health, mom of two, and certified fitness coach. 

I am passionate about empowering women with confidence through weight loss and weight management.

In addition to my fitness business, I have a passion for women's health!  My purpose is to help women find their confidence and be successful in both career and life.

I have fluctuated with my weight my whole life.  I have counted calories, points, containers, and always "failed".  I would watch others eat treats, and wonder how they stay fit?  I have been blessed to create a program that allows real life eating and experiences, all the while becoming leaner!  My goal is to reach as many women as possible to teach them how to treat themselves, and stop the negative self talk around "cheating" and "failing".

My Family:

I married my husband in 2012.  I often say my life began when I met my husband, Jamie.  That was the beginning of our family of four.  I forget what life was like before my two beautiful daughters. Jamie is the owner of a sign shop, and an avid snowmobile collector.  He reminds us every day to work hard and play hard. We have a 5-year-old daughter, Hunter, and a 3-year-old daughter, Piper.  My youngest daughter was born, unexpectedly sick, and turned our lives upside down.  I gained so much weight, and was overwhelmed at a bunch of unknowns.  In the end, I was able to get my life back on track with this program.  Our children have changed our outlook and approach to life.  They have taught us how important every day is.   

In my  spare time I enjoy any activity out in the sunshine!  I live to be on the water, and we enjoy many days on our boat during the summer.  We are a family that loves each season that changes!  I mean that metaphorically and literally hahaha!
