Saturday Workout

Leg Day

Do each move for 90 seconds at maximum effort, with no rest between moves.  Rest for one minute between rounds. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. 5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)

  • Forward lunge knee up

  • Laying Hamstring curls

  • Lat squat walks

  • Curtsey squat to squat jump

  • Bear Hold Donkey Kick

  • 2x in and out squat to walk out
