Saturday Workout

Leg Day

Do each move for 90 seconds at maximum effort, with no rest between moves.  Rest for one minute between rounds. Repeat for a total of four rounds. 5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)

  • Side lunge pulse 

  • Floor donkey kick pulse continual

  • Side hold

  • Single leg deadlift 

  • Round the world lunge
