Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard boiled eggs are a good snack to “grab and go” for those low carb days. Eggs are nutritious! Especially here in the northeast, they are one of the only foods that naturally contain vitamin D.

They are packed full of protein, healthy fat, and 9 essential amino acids. For something different, try sprinkling with “everything bagel seasoning.”
