Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • prepared chicken strips

  • hot sauce

  • cheese

  • low carb wrap

  • salsa (optional)

  • sour cream (optional)

Directions:

Purchase prepared chicken strips and fry them in a small pan; bring them a  crispy browned outside layer. Next, add some hot sauce and cheese.  Combine with a low carb wrap. 

Optional: Enjoy with salsa and sour cream on the side!
