Monday Workout

LIVE WORKOUT TODAY 5:30am EST


The workout: You will do each move for 40 seconds at maximum effort, resting for 20 seconds in between.  Rest for one minute. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. 5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)

  • In out jump (or star modification) 

  • Push up to bear (or just stay and push-up)

  • Walk out star step 

  • Crunch hold balance extension 

  • Jump lunge burpee 

  • High knee run 

Burner: Bear tap two minutes
