Monday Workout

 LIVE WORKOUT TODAY 5:30am EST


Do each move for 40 seconds at maximum effort, resting for 20 seconds in between.  Rest for one minute. Repeat for a total of four rounds. 5 minute Warm up and cool down (ex. walking)

  • Burpee

  • Plie Squat pulse 

  • Weighted Jacks 

  • Push Ups w/ clap or tap 

  • Up Down Planks

  • Superman with side pull
