The Workout:

Warm Up: Low intensity walking, stretching, low impact moves (example: jog in place, slow butt kicks, front kicks, etc.)

EMOM, 30 sec on, 30 sec off. Repeat each move x3 before moving onto the next move.

  • Star Jump

  • Toe Touch

  • Jumping Jack

  • High Knees

  • Flutter Kick

  • Prisoner Squat

Cool Down: 5 min low intensity walking/ stretching
