Warm Up: Low intensity walking, stretching, low impact moves (example: jog in place, slow butt kicks, front kicks, etc.)

  • Barbell Curtsey Lunge

  • Dumbbell Sumo Squat

  • Star Jump

  • Quadruped Hold with Single Leg Lift

  • Lying Straight Leg Raise

  • Squat walk

Burner: 1min Round the World Lunges
Cool Down: 5 min low intensity walking/ stretching
