Barbell Curtsey Lunge
Dumbbell Sumo Squat
Star Jump
Quadruped Hold with Single Leg Lift
Lying Straight Leg Raise
Squat walk
Burner: 1min Round the World Lunges
Cool Down: 5 min low intensity walking/ stretching
