I am a specialty pharmaceutical rep with 2 kids. I do a lot of driving for work that leaves me feeling tired at the end of the day. I am not big into working out as I like to sleep as much as I can in the morning and at the end of the day, I am tired. In the past I have tried Advocare which worked but when I would fall off the wagon, I usually didn't get back on but the pounds found their way back. I saw April's posts and it really intrigued me. After a while of thinking about it, I decided to jump in. Boy am I glad I did. After my 1st round, I am down 13 lbs and have lost 16" where 10.5" are gone from my abdomen. I have noticed the difference in my clothes but when I actually compared my pictures from 4/24/18 (top) to 6/10/18 (bottom), I can totally see the difference. I have loved this program as it taught me how to pair workouts with what I eat and allows me to eat my ice cream or food on the go without feeling bad because I can plan out when is best. The workouts keep me interested, are not time consuming, and allow me to do them at home at ease. I am continuing for now on my own with this program as it really does work and I would like to lose 15 more lbs. The group of ladies I was in this round with were supportive, gave lots of ideas for food, overall just a fun group to be apart of. I wish you all the best in your journey through Macros to Muscles!! I’ve always struggled with my weight. I had thought I was eating as healthy as I could (low carb) and kept telling April how hard it was to eat healthy while traveling every week. My job revolves around eating in airports and restaurants on a daily basis. People are commenting all over Facebook (and in person) about the change in my body. It’s not just the weight loss (12 pounds) or inches (over 12 inches lost) .... it’s a dramatic difference in the overall shape of my body. I actually didn’t realize until April took pics of me at the gym. I didn’t recognize myself. The best part is that I feel so much better!! No cravings for my salty pleasures like pizza and fries (and I can eat them in my macros)!!!! Thank you everyone for all your support in this group. All your sweaty selfies and food tips inspired me on a daily basis. Keep in touch super fit, healthy ladies!

Happy to say I got through the program with 18 “ inches overall ,11.8lbs and doing more weight training. I still have 7 more lbs to lose to reach my goal but now have the tools to do it. Thanks April Meracle and all the women on this team. Good luck to all.

"I am a few months away from my 39th bday (40 around the corner)! I am a mother of two and I have a very physical job as a sonographer (ultrasound). I have never been a heavy girl but have on and off been 10 to 15 pounds over weight. I have always been that person who would work out or eat right for a few weeks and when I was down to an “OK weight” I would say to myself “that’s good enough” and go back to my old ways. I consider myself a physical person but over the past two years I injured my back pretty severely to the point I could not get off my couch for months. This has made me terrified to work out again. So over the last year I was packing on the pounds because I did NOTHING. I was coming home from work in pain and suffered from migraines a few times a month. So being fed up with how I looked and how I felt I decided to give Macros to Muscles a try and it has been one of the best decisions I could have made for myself!

I have been able to take my time and get through all the workouts with not once injuring my back. I have worked my butt off (literally) every single day for this entire program. I have not missed one workout or had not even one cheat day. In fact some days I did more workouts then required because I felt that good. I have not had ONE I repeat ONE migraine since the start of this program 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. I come home from work pain free and energized. I have been with my husband since I was 18 and the other day he said I look better now than when I was 18!! Wow that made me feel good considering 40 is around the corner. I have never had abs in all my life and I can’t believe I am almost 40 and they are starting to peak through🙌🏼! I recently had a physical and all my numbers were perfect. My bad cholesterol is 70 (under 120 is normal) and my good cholesterol is 60 ( over 45 is normal) so that’s pretty picture perfect! It’s important that us moms take care of us first and I have made it my new mission to do that everyday. This is not a yo yo diet for me but my new way of life.

Over the last 12 weeks I have lost 12 pounds and 16 1/2 inches!!!! 12 pounds doesn’t sound like a whole lot but I know I am gaining muscle weight. For an example my arm went from a 9 to an 8 1/2 and then back to a 9 because I am gaining 💪🏼.

I want to thank April for being an amazing coach and making me accountable everyday.


 

Inspired. The reason I decided to join, the reason I decided to change, the reason I decided to give it my all. This program all started for me through believing I could possibly do what I had watched other women do before me. Story after story I heard successes of weight loss and amazing body transformations that had brought confidence and empowerment. More than anything I wanted the same for myself. The day I signed up I jumped right in. Reading the material. Purchasing better option Whole Foods for my home and joined a local gym. Taking one day at a time I participated in daily macro counting, carb cycling, and intermittent fasting while completing the exercise program. At no time did I ever feel alone or defeated. The group of women in my group were encouraging and helpful. They offered advice, recipes and solutions along the way. I loved how this online group holds you accountable by posting sweaty selfies and macro screenshots. This program was exactly what I was looking for and more. I couldn’t be happier with my results after this past 6 weeks. I’m down 20 lbs and 30 total inches! I find it easier to keep up with my two boys (ages 1 and 4) and am starting to fit into clothes I haven’t worn in years. I can’t wait to start the next round tomorrow and continue my weight loss journey along with other women with similar busy lifestyles and similar goals. Not easy but beyond worth it!

Until April of 2018, I always thought that having a fit looking body was a combination that I didn't have the password to. Through my lifetime, I have tried every single program at one time or another, and while many of them work great, they weren't sustainable for everyday life, I couldn't cut out an entire food group for the rest of my life, and when I added them back in, the weight would slowly creep back on.
I've been into fitness for health for over 8 years now, I'll be honest, I gave up on the numbers on the scale actually decreasing, because no matter what I did, I was always within the same 7 pound range....luckily I was able to stop focusing on the number on the scale to focus on my health and I was able to maintain within that range for 8 years!!! Then, earlier this year I saw one of my friends doing the Macros to Muscles and having great results, I had eaten out with her a few times and she was eating real food and getting smaller and more fit looking. So, in April 2018, I jumped in with both feet....believing I too, can find my abs. The Macros to Muscles is most certainly sustainable and actually pretty enjoyable. All the at home workouts have been challenging, I chose the At home option, and I definitely felt stronger everyday and I could see and feel the changes that were happening with my body.

This program has a great foundation...being based on science and real food and not a gimmick or a supplement. This plan also fits within my family because it's real, I don't have to cook my own things etc...It can fit with my family. I've just finished round 1 of this program and I've lost 9.5 inches and 15.4 pounds....I feel thinner and I'm loving my reflection in the mirror. I feel fantastic and I'm excited to learn that I can really make this happen for myself!!!
I'm ready for Round 2!!! I also love the daily accountability and the support group on facebook, it's nice to know others are going through the same things and it's also a great place to share ideas and tips going through the program. I LOVE IT!!!!

I joined Macros to Muscles after the birth of my third child. I have always been a healthy eater by nature, but after 3 kids and approaching 40, my body had changed. My eating was based around, "what's fast" and "what will the kids eat." I loved the way I could eat real food, enjoy the occasional cookie the kids were eager to me to try, and my eating was something I could sustain long-term. I knew as long as my macros were on point, I was staying on track. I found that meal prepping really helped me plan my days. Working out is always tough with a young family, full time work, and a side business, but going to the gym and seeing other Macros to Muscles girls made it so fun! Encouraging each other, and seeing the change in all of us, kept me more than motivated!I am not quite where I want to be yet, but I'm on my way!
