Pork Teriyaki Veggie Bowl with Rice

Here’s an awesome recipe for carb reload day!!! •
Do you have an insta pot?! Omg get one! I’m obsessed with it after one meal!

  • Pork Loin
  • Teriyaki sauce (2 cups)
  • Taylor Farms stir fry kit (or any veggies/ veggie kit in the produce section)
  • Olive oil (2 Tbs)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Brown rice

Slice pork into bitesize pieces (I prefer long slices/ just make sure they are all about the same size for cooking evening). Season with salt and pepper. Set insta pot (pressure cooker) to sauté. Add olive oil and brown up pork. Once browned add in sauce and veggies. Set insta pot on manual for 20 minutes -separately cook brown rice to packaged directions
