Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs are a snack I use to grab and go on my low carb days. Eggs are so nutritious, and I try to have one every day. Especially here in the northeast they are one of the only foods that naturally contain vitamin D. They are packed full of protein, healthy fat, and 9 essential amino acids. I love my eggs. Especially sprinkled with “everything bagel seasoning”.
