Chicken Stir Fry

This is just 3 ingredients and cooked in minutes. I buy fresh prepared food to help make it easy to stick with healthy options. Only 24 net carbs, and packed with 22 grams of protein.

Single serving ⠀

  • 3/4 cup crumbled cauliflower mixed with veggies⠀
  • 1 beaten egg ⠀
  • 3oz prepared stir fry chicken strips⠀
  • 1/4 Campbell’s stir fry sauce of your choice

1 Tbs of olive oil on medium heat. Add cauliflower rice and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add beaten egg and scramble into the cauliflower. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Add stir fry chicken and allow 3-4 minutes to warm and brown. Lastly add stir fry sauce and mix all together. Simmer for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
