One of my favorite snacks. Tried chia seeds???? They have amazing benefits! They contain: ⠀

5x more calcium than milk! ⠀
7x more vitamin C than oranges! ⠀
3x more iron than spinach! ⠀
8x more omega 3 than salmon! ⠀

Put them in yogurt, smoothies, water, or sprinkled on toast with peanut butter.
