Bloat

Now that the holiday or vacation is over who isn't feeling the bloat.  I am!  I over indulged and now I am working to reduce the bloat.  I wanted to send along some tips on how to get the holiday inches off and quickly!

Goodbye Bloat!  Goodbye Inches!

  • My detox drink! - recipe dandelion root tea, cranberry juice, lemon juice, distilled water.  I mix 8 oz of steep dandelion root tea with 2 tbs of cranberry juice, along with 1 tb of lemon juice.  I add that to a 60 oz jug, and fill the remainder with distilled water and ice.  I drink this for 7 days and it helps rid your body of water retention!
  • Focus on belly busting foods like, eggs, berries, oatmeal, yogurt, oranges, peanut butter, and almonds!  If you incorporate those foods daily for 1 week you could expect to see up to an inch off around your waist.  They are belly busting foods!
